As the name suggests, a real crowded party in a bowl! An accidental, romantic, fragrant meeting, extinguished with leguminous hugs, clothed in the goodness of beef and caressed by a divine egg cloak.
At the same time, it is a life save when you have a little of each vegetable in the fridge.

Didn't you start drooling?! Pft, you don't know what you're missing!

Ingredients
- 100g ground cauliflower
– 100g broccoli macinat
- 1 sliced zucchini (or spiral, like mine)
- 1 sliced potato
- 1 red onion
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 beautiful egg
- 100ml tomato paste
- 100g heavy cream
- 300g ground beef
– 20g unt pentru vasul de cuptor (sau pentru cei cunoscatori, clasica untura pica la fix)
- sour cream and parsley for serving

The method, dear ones! The method is simple, straightforward:
We break the beef in a well heated pan with a little butter and cook it, seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Pour the tomato paste and cook everything for another 4-5 minutes, until everything looks delicious.
Grease the pan with butter/lard, and place the sliced potato on its bottom. The next layer is the zucchini, then comes half of the minced meat, place a layer of carrot and one of onion, another layer of meat, and at the end, the broccoli and finish with grated cauliflower. Cover everything with a layer of beaten egg with heavy cream, along with a drizzle of fresh pepper and push the pan into the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 1h30m. The oven should be heated both up and down! And if you notice that it starts to brown too much on top, throw a baking paper over the tray and you're done.

Plating:
A big, hot slice, served with a tablespoon of sour cream and garnished with some freshly chopped parsley. You should know, however, that even cold, this dish is a delight! Cream and parsley are superfluous this way, but it is a satisfying delicacy.
